We care more about providing you with the most memorable moments during our session. Although the price may be a lot, we are providing you with more high-resolution photos for you to keep!

WHEN USING CANINE'S TALE PRODUCTS DURING PHOTOGRAPHY

Bookings and Confirmation

During the session

After the session

You will fill in our bookings form and we will contact you with our availability.
We will go through what you are expecting and apply any additional charges to the document.
We will provide you with a document for you to read and sign to confirm you have understood and agree to our terms and condition.
Once confirmed and signed, you will make payment. Our bank details will be in the document.

Additional charges on distances over 5km - 10km of Forest Lake (from Maccas).

$1.50 per 1km. We will provide an additional photo with every 5km to make up for the additional charge, completely free.

e.g. Robelle Domain (Springfield) is 16.8km from Forest Lake McDonald's. The package provides a 5km allowance.

16.8km - 5km = 14.8km
14.80 * 1.50 = $22 additional travel fee.
You will receive three free additional photos as we rounded off 14.8km to 15km.

If the distance is just a bit over, we won't charge unless additional charges reach $5 minimum = ~3.4km.

Additional 15% travelling fee if between 4pm-5:30pm AEST.

Please be on time. We will be there 5-10minutes early to check out the surroundings and happy to commence our session immediately. (This will be a complimentary bonus minute(s) if you arrive a few minutes prior). We won't provide any additional minutes if you come later than the appointed time.
You will get your furbaby to perform tricks, sit or naturally roam around (depending on location) for us to take some photos.
Alternatively, you can just let your furbaby do what they do and we will follow and take some photos!
Once the agreed time is up, we will conclude the session.

We will upload a poor-quality image with a watermark for you to view. Some won't be edited unless interested in purchasing (It should take up to two business days depending on our availability).
You will select the quantity based on the package you selected and we will email you the high-resolution image (we do not send unedited photos unless you require an unedited one with your edited photo, then it will be an additional $3 per photo).
If you require any more, you will make payment.
We will upload some to our website to build our portfolio.

Leash editing will cost an additional $5 per photo (free photos will be free of charge)

Cancellation Policy

50% refund if you request to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours unless wet weather or rain the night before.

Within 5km of Forest Lake (4078).

Additional costs apply if requesting further.

We do not go into residents' houses and/or backyards.

Photo Info

*Any additional photos will cost $10 for a standard resolution (up to 1200pixels in longest width or height with 300dpi) or $15 for high-resolution images (500-900dpi).

There is no obligation to purchase any prints.

During the photo session, we advise that your dog is on a leash unless in a dog park. We are not responsible for any injury to a person or animal in relation to this photo shoot. The dog is the sole responsibility of the owner and you acknowledge that we do not have any responsibility to handle your dog on your behalf.
