What are your dog accessories made out of?

The majority of our products are made out of recycled polyester, neoprene and metal alloy hardwares.

How do I know what size to buy?

Will the sold-out products be restocked?

At this stage, it may most likely not return as we want our designs to be unique.

Unless due to popular demand, we may consider bringing it back.

Can I use the discount code to purchase a gift card?

Discount codes from Canine's Tale cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Am I able to mix and match?

Yes! in order to do that, you'd have to send us an email so we can generate a custom invoice for you. It must be a bundle of 6 or 7-item sets. Please send us an email at info@canines-tale.com.au

Do you do engravings?

Currently, we do not have that option because we are not sure about the satisfaction of our products to our customers just yet! We have reduced the price of our harnesses and collars so you can find them elsewhere to get them engraved!

Do you do Wholesale?

Yes! We can do wholesale with a MOQ of just 5! Send us an email at info@canines-tale.com.au
What are your delivery options?

Orders below $79 will have a flat rate of $11 and express of $15 for orders below $149.

Orders over $70 will receive free standard shipping with their order or free Express with order over $150.

Both will come with a tracking number.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded when requesting a refund.

How long does it take till I receive my product?

If you are ordering products for your pup(s), please allow up to 5-15 business days for your products to arrive. This varies based on the destination and also public holidays & weather.

If it is express, expect up to 5 business days to allow any unexpected delays.

If it is for the human and your pup, please allow up to 15-30 business days for your products to arrive.

Can I use my PO Box as a delivery address?

We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO. Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Do you do local delivery?

At this moment, we currently don't offer local delivery but are happy for you to do local pickup.

My order is very late. What do I do?

Before contacting us, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for your order to arrive.

Allow additional days in case of any public holidays or COVID-19 restrictions as they may affect the timeframe.

If you believe that it is delayed without a reason and/or tracking number is no longer trackable, please email us and we will investigate further.
Can I pick up my order?

We reside in Ellen Grove (4078) and Stretton (4116), QLD. If you live near that location, we are more than happy to organise a date and time for you to pick up or meet up. Please send us an email at info@canines-tale.com.au

Picking up orders will not be charged a delivery fee.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, international shipping isn't available through our purchasing website but we are more than happy to organise one for you. Although the estimated cost may be over $40AUD for standard and $60 for Express.

Can I get an exchange if my pup cannot fit in the collar and/or harness?
-
We urge you to carefully measure your pup and purchase the correct measurement as any mistake done by you may cause an additional price.

Please look at our size guide for the correct measurement and allow 1-3cm measurement differences.

There is a 14-day policy for our products after receiving them so you have time to determine if there are any problems with them.

Please read carefully about the restocking fee.

Any returns will be paid at the buyer's expense (for you to send it back to us and for us to send the requested size back).

Any incorrect selection will be the buyer's fault unless we mistakenly sent the wrong size to you. Canine's Tale will pay for the shipping if deemed our fault.

I got the wrong size!

Please note that we urge you to triple-check the measurements before making a purchase as measurements vary depending on our Chapter.

Once we shipped it out, it cannot be recalled. Cost of returns and shipping will be paid at your expense.
I think one of the products is faulty or damaged

If you believe that there is something faulty or damaged with our product, please send us an email with the problem and some photos before returning the product to us.
Can I get a refund?

We urge you to not request a refund due to us being a small developing business. But, if you do, there is a 20% restocking fee.

I used a limited time discount when I placed an order. Can I get the code back for my next order?

Unfortunately, once the code is used/expired, it cannot be revoked.

Please note that vouchers cannot be stacked.

If you used a store credit voucher discount code, you will not be eligible for a refund for that order.
Is there a restocking fee?
-
There is a restocking fee of 15% of each order if the product is returned and not in its original form that we know is not Canine's Tale's fault (meaning it was either stained, torn, damaged, marked, bad odour, or have lots of furs that were made by you or your pup).
